RHB is the worst SPay partner that's ever existed...you have to make bizzilion of calls to their hotline support to make everything goes back in order... basically, they are not ready to run SPay system... only use it when the primary SPay option is out of order...

If RHB is the only account you have, it's very unfortunate...

The most reliable SPay partner (as of today) is MBB and CIMB...

Had experienced this only once before at KFC Extreme Park Section 13 Shah Alam...

Apparently, the cashier said payment didn't go thru and also no receipt was printed. However, my Gear S3 app "ding" and stated payment went thru successfully. I ask for the Manager assistance and he pressed a few buttons on the cashier machine and immediately the receipt was printed.

So, blame the cashier (99% all the time...). These cashiers are just part-timer and they don't bother or worry to make mistake as they can find other jobs anytime...

Most of my previous complaints are not related to SPay but on the quality of food, cleanliness of washroom and Wi-Fi access...

Now, KFC give Wi-Fi access with code stated in the receipt so that outsiders can't tap the Wi-Fi "illegally" (which McD doesn't implement and hence McD Wi-Fi generally bad...)

Only one complaint I did last month related to KFC SPay service. One of their outlet (sorry can't reveal it here...) is charging minimum purchase of RM30 in order to use credit card payment (be it physical or contactless method...). So, I logged a report on the link I've shared earlier stating that Bank Negara Malaysia doesn't allow minimum purchased for CC payment. I did not expect the action to be within 48 hours as they will need time to investigate internally... So, the week after that I went to the same outlet and now can pay using CC "freely"...

We are living in the new "Rule of Law" world... Use our rights accordingly if we think we are on the right side...

And I hope this coming Aidilfitri season, there should not be roadblock here and there just to get "Ang Pow Raya" from the rakyat ... Anyway, I already follow the rules of the traffic so never got "pow" from those "kuda putih" .... And how I wish if we all could pay the fine or "denda" on the spot using SPay ... LOL... so that no "Ang Pow Raya" is blindly given to these desperate "kuda putih"...

Yes, I totally agree and support the "Rule of Law". Glad yo know there are many more like minded folks who also support this.

Regarding the matter of paying summons with SPay, who know, perhaps Samsung Pay might be able to work something out with PDRM. It doesn't hurt to have wishful thinking. Selamat berpuasa Bro!

We need cash in hand to give "duit Raya" to children; not give the cash to "kuda putih"... Hence, SPay is highly encouraged to pay legal offense stuff too...

Whatever "hypothetically" suspected offense(s) by the merchant(s), we just lodge a report... let BNM conducts the investigations...

We all must work together... else, if the reports are very low amount, they might just ignore future reports...

We must make an impact to ensure BNM sees it as "negative" action by the merchants...

Car accident must go police REPORT...

Hospitalization also must REPORT to insurance agency to get GL...

Children bullied in school must REPORT to headmaster...

Report here and report there should be our culture in the next 5 years before the next GE15...
