Btw my recent experience with spay at burger king. Tried at 2 different locations. Both using rhb terminal and both times transaction failed. Ended up paying with cash.

I'm extremely annoyed with Samsung SC Wisma Bentley right now. They blatantly lied they changed both sides for me. The left side still works like usual but no matter what I did, the right side won't work. It will show charging but I can't turn on. I even tried reset but didn't work. Tried with pc and whenever I left the right side, the app won't detect any earbud in the case. Only when I left the left side then only the app response.

I called them for a nice greeting and think I'm gonna go there on Monday for a nice outburst. Really wasting my time and I even have to pass ldp twice for each trip.

Can you share few things?

Are yours 2016 or 2018?
Do they only turn on if fully charged?
Lastly when pairing for the first time, do you use the right or left side?

I went again just now because I'm too annoyed to wait until Monday. The technician was there, and kept saying they replaced a new set except the charging pill. I said cannot be coincidence that it was the right side not working again. Then I show him left side already full charge but right is like forever on. Sometimes even blinking red. I can turn on left side every single time but it's the damn right side that didn't work. I can't get it to turn on or get detected by my pc. He insisted he tried with his Note9 and pc. When I asked him to try, he said must be fully charged on both side only can on. What kind of bull is that? I have never been this frustrated with a Samsung product nor it's SC before. This is the first time I find myself extremely annoyed.

Is it normal that terminal without payWave not longer able to support Samsung Pay using MST? Before PIN & PAY, I remember I always use on terminal without issue. Recently went to a restaurant with terminal that without payWave but I insist them to let me try. After 3 attempts the terminal reject (I forgot the error or reject code as the boss face turn black for disrupting their traditional payment method. I'm sure that not my phone, bank, card issue as I used before and even after that at other places successfully.

my own guess, after you caught the first box, then it will start to release next box within 30-60 seconds
so maybe every 5-10 minutes, you will have 10 new boxes to catch again

5 uncaught box means that you still have 5 boxes running around that you not yet catch, just turn your phone around in circle to look for them

for quest, you can go to the 1st item in the menu at bottom to check the quest, the last quest in the list tell you the mission to complete, example catch 10 red box, after you completed, then what is the prize such as free tapes, free enhancer and coins.
