Unless you used it daily, dont bother to redeem.

I had the iconx first gen and man, I wished I had sold it earlier. I dont used it often but I had to charge it every week in order to keep the battery healthy.

I dont really need a watch since I dont use them and more importantly it is not a sim model. Samsung has too many rubbish that no one wants to buy.

I think Samsung need to be creative and let us use the point to redeem services for battery replacement, screen replacement, etc. I think by doing so, it will benefit Samsung users since non Samsung user have no use for these credit.

It is free points... those ppl abuse credit card reloads with e-wallets, get points, withdraw then convert to BIG points. Rinse and repeat. If you are interested, you can joined them since nobody can beat them.

Only cut certain app. Still hoping for Dex to redeem. I really want to use Dex.

Me too. If I were to compare with HSBC, I would get it 3-4 times with Citibank while only once with HSBC. However HSBC is more strict with the number of times you can add the card with Samsung Pay. My S8 went to hell and I hard reset without deleting the card. Even after I made the call to HSBC, I still cant add the card for whatever reason. Anyway, I have since cancelled both cards early this month.

I have stopped using spay for now since ewallet acceptance is higher now. I will wait for Samsung to convert to prepaid card with spay and will consider reusing if that happens.

That depends on the numbers of item available.

Personally I dont think your chance will increase even if you had 10 entries when the prize available is just 1 piece.

It is no longer attractive whatever they are offering. That is mainly due to their stupid decision to convert between Spay and Bigpoints. I would understand if they allowed you to convert unused points to BIG instead of burning it but not the other way around. Spay user are mad, non user enjoying the redemption, and I think SPay is just going to fail like many other Samsung invention. I have totally stop using and havent redeem anything since. Rather redeem Lazada RM50 voucher with 6075 Bigpoints than going with Spay.

Don't get me wrong. I used it and the rewards are just extra which is understandable. However I don't like how they messed up the big point conversion and many actual spay users were affected. Now they are losing appetite to use it. I already switched to BP and ewallets.
