easy buy the games and sell as gift at disount. that is the fastest method to convert to cash. more quicker if u offer higher discount. some people do this during steam sales like steam offer 50%, u then offer 60-65% to said games. u might feel lose but u still using cash from selling items.

never try it before. i just use to buy gift games from lowyat forummner before. since never saw seller offer to sell steam wallet at reduce price and always sell at abit higher price like rm 50 wallet at rm53 price. beside, i think most people buy steam wallet by themselves via online banking and cc unless the want to purchase steam wallet for different currency like USD or turkey etc
