to TS, since now is fasting month, patterns are ever changing.

if conditions are to mimic last year's fasting month, these should happen soon:
1) drivers gantung kunci (take short leave) to prepare for Raya, thus more demand, more high fare. especially true during 3rd & 4th week of fasting.
2) school holiday starts 9th June onwards. plan your drive.
3) higher number of people going towards KLIA from 9th June, peaking 3-4 days before Raya itself. or at the very least, people heading towards KL Sentral or TBS.
4) you might get jobs towards SOGO/Jalan TAR/Kenanga etc from 3rd week fasting. it might be heaven or hell, trying to get in/out of the area. Let experience guide you on this.

btw, I'm only a part-time. doing Grab on weekends, or public holidays. but still, I can still earn HG since I still comply with the requirements to earn incentive

You must've been one of those who bought tickets way early during AA sales. Can't do much then.

But if you're up for it, try to extend your driving hours a bit more during the last few days before your flight back home.

if yes, which station? and did you change radio station according to their profile?

dont think drivers calculate that as well.
since there's no recorded data on:
1) how far from driver current place to pickup location. but if you want to assume the worst, let's put 5km pickup distance per incoming job request.
2) engine idle/driver idle duration when waiting for next ping
3) engine idle when stuck in jam, or queuing for toll

a better calculation would be how many bucks earned per hour, excluding maintenance & fuel. mine's at RM12-RM21/hr.

Red zones /= surge fare.
Better way is to put yourself in rider shoes. Example: what time you finish shopping in mall? Generally close to the mall's closing times.
That's when the surge *may* come in,cos everyone is rushing to get home that time.
In short, study people movement habits,and aim to be nearby to get those jobs.
