Why no one ever wanna give Jaring a try? I've been promoting them in this forums on almost every laggy threat. I've been using it for about a year now? My ping is always 300+ to 430. Rarely will see it go beyond that. And if theres any problem usually its fixed the next day itself, and their customer service is smart and effecient, gets problem solved. Sometimes kinda lazy to keep repeating this, just give it a try.

I'm using the wired one, RM79 per month. You will be needing an active phone line to be able to use the services tho. Were you using Streamyx before?

Haha Myremi, I tottaly understand about the phone calls made to Streamyx. I was the first batch of users to suscribe to Streamyx and thus gotten the dreaded port 1 which is 219.95. Called them up every single day and none of them dint make me yell at them, and so they already knew who I am lol. But look now, its already been like 3-4 years? That issue has not been resolved yet! They gave me too many retarded solutions, change PC, format PC, change modem, change router, the last one asked me to call a contractor to remake my telephone line. That was the last straw really and I cancelled my Streamyx within the week. Now I'm happy with Jaring.
About Wimax, it seems pretty promising, I saw in the papers they are targetting KL too, hope it will give a good competition to other ISPs. Without competition there wont be good services.
