Hi, I’ve moved in to Ecohill East Gate, telco signal is so weak normally get 1 or 2 bar only in living room..apasal ni hmm.gif

They all very weak around this area. Better one is Celcom. Maxis and Digi can get no bar inside the house often.

Digi and Umobile have wifi calling feature for clearer signal at poor reception area..but need wifi at home..

Yes, Digi get no bar in my dining place, maxis even worse.. bandar rinching signal is far better than here

Working couple, rent the whole house. Not on room basis. Semi furnished.
The rental rate there is quite standard.
Im quite suprised when i know some house in p3 seh, semi d we can rent as low as 1.5k.
Considering the house price there now value almost 900k above.
Launch price around 800k+. Bank monthly installment will be around 3.5k for 35years. Maintenance fees need to pay rm300+ monthly.
But if rent 1.5k only...niama better rent only rclxub.gif

The unit must be very good fengshui for your tenant, so far I know Tiara East with basic furnish only renting 1.1 - 1.2k..

SemiD in Semenyih only meant for own stay, not for investment, at least not for the upcoming 5 years..

For bare unit (only lights and cheap KDK fans) Rental at Seh around rm900, EM around Rm1k. Can check speedrent. Most houses asking more will have hard time to get any viewing.

Tiara east closer to Nottingham Uni, room rate below 500 (for master room). So if 3 bedrooms house should be around rm1.1-1.2. Anything above students will go for univillage.

I think around rm300. But less for Craddleton and SEH, I think many less than 200.
