Will be using a 64GB Samsung Evo Plus for the recordings.

Videos
Below is recorded in 2560×1440 30fps with an overall bit rate of 24.3 Mb/s without the CPL filter.

Below is recorded in 1920x1080 60fps with an overall bit rate of 20.5 Mb/s without the CPL filter.

Recorded using firmware v1.2 in 2560x1440 30fps with an overall bit rate of 24.3 Mb/s without the CPL filter.

Final thoughts
The A119 Pro uses the same shell as the A119 & A119S. The only difference is the lens and sensor. Also the inclusive of the suction mount & EVA foam is an added plus.

The image quality of the videos is kinda lacking compared to the A119 & A119S. But as an owner of both the A119 & A119S, knowing that Viofo will release a firmware later for the A119 Pro that will greatly improve the image quality like how they did for the A119 & A119S. Can’t wait.

Will update again with videos when there is a new firmware released for the A119 Pro.

Im using A119 Pro now. Upgrade from A119. A119 pro less distortions compared to A119 due to fov.

I also did compare with A119s. Overall worth the upgrade for me.

Waiting for Viofo to release new firmware as can see image quality is still lacking behind A119 and A119S.

I'm more waiting for A129 than A119 Pro 😊

Think you'll get it faster as you're a seller and getting from HK.I think you can do your own review thread since you can get it faster.

Current A119 pro just need some tweak in IQ especially in low light condition but no matter how its wont beat A119s. IMX291 still taking the lead in low light condition.

Hehe. A129 also is my waiting list. Some how lets see the full spec of A129 before deciding running dual channel in my vehicle.

Im not good in product reviewer.

Seems like Viofo might be stopping production of the A119S.

Sony Starvis is king of low light videos.

You should consider dual dashcam for safety. You can ask Alex as he is using 2x A119 for front and rear innocent.gif

If i were to use dual single cam i prefer combo of A119 pro as front and rear use A119s. Let me decide after A129 release or A119 Pro firmware release later on.

Thank you so much! Should i really get a dash cam with capacitor ? I am looking at viofo or xiao mi ? my number 1 concern is reliable even though it might cause a bit more.

or what do you recommend for a price range of 200-500?

Capacitor more durable in our hot weather than those dashcam using lithium ion batteries.

Lowest you can get is the A119 with GPS mount & CPL. Higher A119S with GPS mount.

Depends. But you can power the A119 Pro via the GPS mount at the top instead of the side of the A119 Pro without the GPS mount. Which looks more neater.
