Details of the complaint :
Each reply from him was goddamn long. The replies before you bank in were very fast, but after payment he can take 24 hours to reply 1 message. This guy is linked to frankie138, who had much disputes. For example,

15/4/2018 - This guy posted a lot of GPU sales in garage sales. The next day after I paid, I saw his GTX970 and pm him to change my deal to GTX970. Then he says he will refund me the balance and post on 16/4/2018.
16/4/2018 – In the afternoon I realized all his sales post are taken down. Emailed lowyat admin and found out he was linked to frankie138. I started to send some messages to him asking for more details but no response in lowyat. Added his wechat (Aus_Laptop_Supp), also no response.
17/4/2018 – Seller sms-ed me (number from Australia, +61477473410), claiming he replied in lowyat personal message but no response from his buyers. He also claimed he sms-ed my secondary phone number but I never received it. He even sms-ed my sis phone (exactly same message, he had my sis hp no. as she is the receiver). I continued to ask about my refund and postage. He says his friend used GIRO so I should receive by tonight or tomorrow morning. He also accepted wechat request, after which I message him in wechat but all I get was just silence.
18/4/2018 – Refund was never received. Sms-ed him but no response. Wechat called him but no pick up. No updates received at all regarding my purchase.
19/4/2018 – Still no reply.

Helpless.
