Details of the complaint : Bought two i7 6700k processor from him, banked in a total RM1915 to him and he gave me a fake tracking no for the first processor and couldnt provide me the tracking for second. Claimed pos laju sent wrongly the parcel to KK, will redirect the parcel back to me. Later claim having vacation in Langkawi couldnt check for me till thursday 2/3/2017, promised will do full refund to me and i've waited for days for his stupid refund like i owed him. Giving me false hope telling me will refund before 5pm on 3/3/2017 but shit happens, and today promised will refund before 7pm and still nothing. Texted him through whtasapp but dun bother to look at reply

He did refunded me. He also refunded another forumer. So he refunded 2 persons in total as far as I know.
I told this not convince everyone he is not scammer and he will refund the rest, but he actually very suspicious and fishy since first time I contact him.

I deposited RM200 to buy a processor(Intel Core i5-7600) which price RM600. But he never update the thread that the processor is already reserved to me.
After a while i felt fishy enough and ask him regarding this, he said he had multiple unit.

Mine also pending the refund.

Said want to settle yesterday but keep on silence without any update.

Keep on silent, I will escalate to further action.

Its not hard to find him once you have all the details.

I have bought many laptops from trusted seller (based on my research on their LYN past wts record, research seller detail on google, facebook and so on) in garage sales none give me problem. Frankie might be genuine (he sold many things here) but he got unlucky by hiring a thief (might just a make up story to escape from his wrong doing). But the fact he's refunding some of the seller here give me a bit relief hoping that I will get my laptop or refund sooner or later. well i also got unlucky to come across this seller

He finally answered me via whatsapp this morning, and posted my item with a valid tracking number (I've checked on the Poslaju track & trace and the record is there) ...

Said that he had problem with his phone (kept on and off) and the data plan, had to use wifi for whatsapp - at least some progress on my side, will clear all my doubts once I receive the items ...

Hope you guys will be able to get some progress for your stuff as well ...

Just called him and manage to speak with him. He said before 11th. So I will wait until Sunday. If no refund I will lodge police report also and do whatever it takes to get my money back.

Maybe his partner tipu promise him cheap stuff. Cos from the list I can say all items are below market price.

IMO,Refund to everyone is suspicious.. give fake trackking number.. i also kena this type of scam last year. The scammer will scam another person to pay the refund.. the vitcim B will bankin to victim A .. victim C will bankin to victim D.. and so on.. there the scammer will make the victim as a scammer also..Just my opinion.. because it happen to me last year. As far as i know just go to a police station and tell them you want to do a report. But for the time being, go to the tribunal malaysia online site. Submit your report there too. The more the better. He still owes me 1.2k

He owned a company in Jasin, but sold already. September last year start working at other company, net zone in air leleh melaka. But he went absent since our case.

I've been told a lot of people looking for him at the shop. He even made his family paid for item he stole from the shop.

he is using his network and resources right after quitting his job to con people and escape with as many stolen funds as he can.

Refunding to few customers only serve to buy him time and also a trick to boost his legitimacy for further conjobs.

don't give up fighting back for your money.

There is always risk to online trading, regardless of how trustable a seller may seem, just like any normal appearing person may commit crime anytime as their actions in future are not solely determined by their actions in past.

my advice for purchasing of value > rm500 in online forum manual bank transfer especially to not well known stores or sellers

- try to buy items worth less from them first ; only then you know they can be trusted.

never buy in multiple units since a con will make you lose all your money for nothing.
