I think that girl is related to agent carter.. Coz there was a scene where she seems to show some familiarity towards captain.. But then again, there were earlier set videos where captain was having a drink at the cafe.. Maybe there was an exchange of line between the waitress and him in that deleted scene.. I still believe it has something to do with agent carter
