 Breakfast Ideas Needed

Wholemeal bread(the brown-coloured bread, not the white bread), 2 slices taken just as is without any spread, with a cup of hot Milo. Sometimes I put a little cheese spread to the bread. I usually don't take heavy breakfast.

I usually don't take nasi lemak or fried noodles for breakfast on weekdays as they are too heavy for me (and unhealthy too) especially fried noodles or kueatiaw which usually has a lot of oil. I usually take nasi lemak or fried noodles for breakfast during weekends only.

Yes, that is good enough. Healthy and very little oil with fried egg. If no fried egg, no oil at all. This kind of breakfast is not only healthy but it's able to control your weight too especially if the person can gain weight easily if he consumes too much food (unlike some people who don't put on weight even though they eat a lot).
