If planning to shoot >fhd video, movies, recommended to get ufs3..

B4 sot was at least 5 min per 1% battery lost
Now at least 7 min..

But I recommend choose the higher tier as in higher transfer speed and write.

I nvr fast charge my device so dunno if it's normal
If u din use fast charge but get to 70% that quick, something wrong.
Normal charging for me is around 1%/min using Samsung 2.1A charger

to answer ur question, yes. after aug patched, sot 8~9%/h, was 10~12%/h
it is on par with lenovo p2, 6~7%/h, which is using SD625

given note 9 10%+ extra battery, well, it will have at least 5% increase in usage. (same processor,bluetooth s-pen,bigger screen)
