Attempt #1 to diy nano optics uv glue tempered glass.

Almost made it but my kiasuness of making it perfect cracked the glass

But overl, the glass is nice. Smooth, sticks well, not very easy to apply (need some skills).

Worth the $$$ u spend. Honestly. Feels like flat screen phones with tempered glass.

Not tmax. Nano optics is the brand.

Only fail cuz i diy. If installed by experienced hands, should be fine.

Easy to diy? Mine had alot bubbles after putting the glass on... guess i didnt dedust properly which lead to me pushing the bubbles.out, and ultimately, cracking the side

I think i will go back to full body wrap with my next new phone. Been on clear coat since s7 edge, s8 and s8 plus.. the price went up to 250 suddenly and felt not worth now but I'm regretting cuz the amount of glass sp, pet sp I changed surpassed the cost of 250 😅😅
Which brand of pet film you bought? I used x-one extreme shield before.. it was good and flawless in the first few weeks... after that, air bubble starts appearing to both side of the curves... eventually got fed up at the ugly sight of it..

Guys who use the S9 not the plus version, how is the battery life situation now? I'm very interested to switch back to Samsung since my last usage of Samsung is the original galaxy S almost 8years ago.

But the thing that hold me back is the battery life, I can't go S9+ as size is the main reason I opt for S9.

My previous phone is Pixel 2 XL & Xperia XZ. Usually I use like 4.5 to 5 hours SOT daily.

I sell my 2XL because of its size too big then I bought XZ2 Compact which is small but so thick. Sell it again.

If S9+ size then I think I prefer Oneplus 6. I am not into curved screen but need to choose because no other choice for the same size.

Hi guys, im iphone user and getting bored with the IOS and thinking to switch to S9, previously i switch once to note 4 but i encountered problems like app crashed, like scrolling insta too fast it will hang and pop out to the home screen, same with fb app, for battery it can be from 25% and sudden drop to 1%, and i can't find something good like itunes for backup, samsung backup tat time was a crap, backup until 99% and hang there like forever, Juz wanna ask is the problems stated above still exist? How is the ecosystem for samsung android right now? Thanks guys.

Got myself a 64gb midnight black yesterday night at RM2959 after discount at Samsung Authorized Reseller. Should be able to get RM200 cheaper at least if buy online or RM700 cheaper if buy from the garage sales new unit. But couldn't wait as my spare phone Galaxy J3(2016) is so so bad.
Very happy with the size. Need to get use to the curve side, abit uncomfortable when watching youtube/videos. Turn on the phone battery is at 45%, set up and download until battery left only 8% in about 30minutes plus.    I was shock but what to do, just hope it gets better. Need to charge until 20% before updated to latest August security patch. Finish and charge until full start from 7.30am, fully charge at 9am.

1 hour and 20 minutes after(now) battery left 89% after 30 minutes SOT. Not sure what to feel. Guess just bare with it cause I could't go phone bigger size than this.

Using RM9 TG Screen protector and RM10 casing bought at Giant accessories store. TG glass fit nicely but RM9 quality, very bad visibility, the amoled screen also can look very wash out. Now looking to buy TMAX or Whitestone. Use whitestone before for my Pixel, very good but the price is so expensive.

For the case, really interested in getting the S9 Alcantara Blue. Or any Nylon casing like the OP6.

For your question, Ringke fusion case side is TPU, and their finish is definately not matte, can say half glossy bcs it is not shining glossy, just clear.

May I know how to change that in the settings?

Thanks for your feedback bro, just got my unit from Mobile2go @rm2599, but cash only, i request for installment they charged me another 6% but ok for me, after watch the demonstration on how they smash the film on nail eventually i give up tempered glass with curve and go for their Clearplex Ultra Film screen protector, now looking for my all time fav Spigen case, and need to transfer everything from iphone to S9. Finally i switch! Hope samsung wont let me down this time haha...

I just realised I have 1 powerbank that I bought last year and seldom use because my Pixel 2XL never need it. Tronsmart 10k mah if not mistaken. just need to buy new cable as I lost the original one. currently using what screen protector bro?
Hopefully, I just wish that it can last until before I sleep because I will charge it overnight then. If I need to charge after work,  bit troublesome la, but still ok. I'm using FHD since the first time I on, plus the middle saving mode. And lost disconnect data when on wifi(this one abit annoying somtimes the phone will pop up erroe "failed to connect to server" . I can't adjust the brightness until I got a proper screen protector. Current screen protector is bad. Need higher brightness.

Ya plan to do that. Is it ok to charge halfway then use, then charge then use while using the wireless charging? i afraid that can shorten battery life.
