If you are the rightful owner, you have every right to evict the tenant for non payment. Please make a police report 1st with proof of ownership. You probably need to consult a lawyer too (as indicated by Laksamana) so that you will not be implicated. I am just wondering how the tenant is still staying there without water & electricity.
