A tenant didnt pay for rent for quite a few months. Water and electricity has been cut off but he still occupy in the house.
And he seems to be not a friendly kind of person. Any way I can take to force him out of the house?

Getting Started

|
If you are the rightful owner, you have every right to evict the tenant for non payment. Please make a police report 1st with proof of ownership. You probably need to consult a lawyer too (as indicated by Laksamana) so that you will not be implicated. I am just wondering how the tenant is still staying there without water & electricity. Never go to the house alone for your safety sake. All the best!

Getting Started

|
You cannot just enter and take possession if your tenant is uncooperative. Many legal issues may crop up.
Consult a lawyer. Let lawyers make money but at least your personal interests will be protected.

You should approach the police and consult sarjan and bring all your evidences including the statement for the tenant's payment.
But first make sure your "terms" stated in the agreement strong enough to get him out.
