Like i said earlier. study the existing project by the same developer. There are tonnes of them nearby.

For the other one i hope you're getting a big discount. if not can explore Sime's Aurora. Performance and overall development progress in TMP is extremely slow. i worry this TMP may never make it.

Paisey is offering crazy rebate, and gonna complete soon.

Alira package not attractive at all and has no apdl yet. Say it's gonna be under hoc but rebate also less than 10%

What is the progress of the commercial, office n retail for TMP?

This project was first launched almost 8 years ago.

Alira will be their maiden project in malaysia for Ayala.

Their next maiden project is called Aetas in Tropicana Damansara. 226 units in total with size from 2300 sqft to 3300 sqft.
