Now basically everywhere also jam la. But you can always use alternative way, even Federal is jam but still better than keep changing highway to pay several toll.
Anyway, you have direct link into the project compound, no need to jam until shah alam batu 3 to come in.
if from PJ icon city side, around 15-20min max if jam.

Depends on where you want to go. Basically during peak hour if you want to access to PJ area, you got direct access to federal highway but is towards PJ direction, no direct access to klang direction. And from federal highway you got direct flyover to Tropicana Metropark too, just that if you from klang, you dont have direct access, need to use other route.

Federal Highway:
10 minutes - NKVE
10 minutes - Kelana Jaya
7 minutes - Subang SS15
15 minutes - Sunway
20 minutes - LDP (ss2)
25 minutes - midvalley
25 minutes - One Utama

Using USJ height inner road
10 minutes to USJ taipan

Using Hicom access to Kesas (10 minutes )
15 minutes - Sunway
20 minutes - Puchong
15 minutes - Kota Kemuning
25 minutes - Bukit Tinggi Klang
25 minutes - Bukit Jalil
30 minutes - Sri Petaling
35 minutes - Cheras

I usually work in PJ or Puchong area, not always go to KL.
Not always use navigation too becoz im kinda familiar with klang valley area.
For me i think this township and this price point, cant really think of other similar project in Somewhere in PJ or Subang

5-6pm usually heavy traffic, basically everywhere in Selangor also jam.
Btw, im not following common office hour, normally i go back earlier of after the jam hour to avoid jam.
From NKVE toll to tropicana metropark should take around 20 minutes.

agents claimed MCT now is with AyalaLand (top Dev in Asia),and when you asked defects on cybersouth project by MCT,they said is before Ayala join.LOL

I think they were the ones who developed one city, can check on the buyers there. Personally, what is important to me is that they deliver what was promised at the promised time. Build quality most of the time also you can only find out after staying at a place for a couple of years. Even then, it depends greatly on the contractors and subcontractors they hire.

Like stocks, past performance does not indicate future performance. Although public listed companies usually have a reputation to take care of, if you remember the whole scandal of the uncle using a hammer to smash tiles at a Tropicana project, their share price barely dropped in 2019.

If they say they are linked to ayala and have reformed now, still don't understand why can't they fix the existing projects like cybersouth???

Any reason?? If they are committed to become reborn then they must start by resolving customers complains.

Hi All, is it normal for developer to softlaunch last year and until now they still cant get APDL? This is for MCT for Alira proj.
