i'd like to suggest adding a downvote or upvote features on postings. or at least a like button. the effect will self moderate postings, and lessen burden on mods to moderate.

by rights the thread starter should moderate their own threads. hence the function to delete posts. failure to do so would affect the thread starter as well.
