Well, out of the choices i have thus far, only the FSP 400W offers higher A at around 30+. Most are below 30A. I do not want to spend too much on this PSU cause i am still going to use back my ST56F after it is back from RMA. Therefore, i prefer to spend < RM150 on it though...
Well, on default, most of the PCIE card will be running on 16X. They will only be reduced if you are running SLi on some motherboard. However, there are some cases (weird ones) that i had seen before where on some way, it only runs on 8x..

Why do you want to upgrade to a 8600GT when you already have a 7800GTX? IMHO its not that worth it performance wise you will see little to no difference at all, what you are truly paying for is DirectX10 support and shader model 4 support for upcoming games. Added if you have financial issues then getting a 8800 card is just hurting yourself since the upcoming GeForce 9 series have already been announced to be out late this year. My advise "Play the waiting game" and see how the price go. However I would say 8600 series are already quite affordable only within 500 price range can get one already excluding the higher end 8600GTS that is.  wink.gif

Yup, I agree. Now it's not the time to upgrade.

Nothing.
The only differences is the clock speed.

Normally 8600GTS is clocked at 700MHz.
While the Colorful 8600GT UE is clocked at 650MHz.

Clock the GT UE to 700MHz, and you got yourself a 100% true 8600GTS.

Where can find a 8600GTS at the price tag of below RM550? laugh.gif
No other brands offer that.

Only Colorful. icon_idea.gif
