Or if the owner don't go report pulis and find u personally, can u argue and don't claim him back?

u should have only wait & honk for 10 minutes only. after that, go find building management staff for help.

sometime urgent, and ppl sial like this block your car. some of the best option is
1. call management, kasi clamp
2. call DBKL, kasi tow
3. bukak the tyre valve cover, letak small pebble inside then screw it back on. then repeat 3x at all the other tires - then take uber
4. smash window tarik handbrake tu last alternative lah. last thing you want is jumpa the owner while you're inside his car.

YES, this happen I remember 2 or few years bak n it was in the news(paper), the owner of double parked car can make a polis report and you will kena court case n need to pay the owner for the damage.

What if the place is roadside/commercial spot that doesn't have any management?

And what if it's night time where there is no authorize officer that coz help during that hours? If emergency wanna go airport or hospital?

If they are untouchable in the eyes of the law.. that explains why alot of lowlives double park with no immunity.

so, will kena catch for breaking window or wont?

Somebody double parked and blocked my car in a parking nearby LRT station...
Called DBKL, took them 5 phone calls and 2 hours to reach the scene (facepalm)
Then say sorry can't tow away the car coz private car park

Before leaving the officers tried to buka all the car doors and managed to open the side passenger car door (and alarm rang, but dun give a fucuk and it was 8pm, nobody around).

Then they told me next time got same case, just pecah cermin and release handbrake.
Coz no CCTV there, and private car park usually have "park at your own risk" disclaimer at the ticket.

However next time I will consider to contact the car park management, then ask them to authorize DBKL to tow away double-parked cars. Doubt they have the towing right / tow truck anyway.

Last time I was parking at bukit jalil stadium car park take lrt to work. Halfday go back. Saw my car boxed in with no way out No one around, waited for 30 minutes still no soul in sight. Hulk smash pecah cermin of the car that's not parked in the parking space. Lucky its manual. Push his car push push oops terlanggar another car but I dun gib a fark. Lucky have enough space for my car to squeeze out.

Fark you la, waste me almost one hour to exit.

for no. 3, you dont have to sit around and press the valve lah. once you screw in the cap - the air will keluar slow. so the operasi is quick 30 second, then can walk away. if you repeat for all tyres, hilarity ensues.

i dont really like to break ppl window...last time i honk for fukken 40mins..still no come the cibai ..so i ask my towcar fren tow the car to other state..seremban to be precise ..feeling so good..
