So let's say got a car double park u and u honked for above 30minutes, then u lost patient go break the car pull the handbrake and chiao

If the owner found ur car plate and go report, what will kena?

Or if the owner don't go report pulis and find u personally, can u argue and don't claim him back?

What if the place is roadside/commercial spot that doesn't have any management?

And what if it's night time where there is no authorize officer that coz help during that hours? If emergency wanna go airport or hospital?
