just handed over my unit...the developer did a good job for this development..

the old shoplots surrounding alila are in the process of being redeveloped, negotiations are underway to purchase these  lots... a bigger parcel of old shoplots next to jln ang seng have been bought over, needless to say this entire area is gonna be redeveloped...

apparently no defects were found. overall still happy to buy this place especially the linked bridge to LRT made more convenient. gym room equipment also quite complete. there's cafe at the lobby under reno,..some more Receive quite many booking from airbnb. quite positive to this place,.

Depends on which floor you are living. The lower the more you listen to the railway tracks noises (KTM's Line). As for construction, this is because of the construction for the Hotel happening from the 35th - 40th floor which is expected to be completed in early April or end of March. I work at the hotel's side (office) everyday walk into the building.
