if you take the lrt walkway towards the bangsar lrt station there are many eateries on the bangsar side as well..
There is a healthy rental demand for the studios there due to the location and lrt access..

early birds are already in the money in terms of capital appreciation and some rental covers both loan and service charges..those who bought later
however are not so fortunate...

The establishment was delivered almost fully furnished except for TV, Tv cabinet..so not much money need to be spent to rent it out fully furnished.

Some lower floor units have awful views though - right across to the apartment next door with a view of their "flags" and all..

Still wanna drive meh if you live in sentral suites and makan in brickfields?????

Beside Sin Kee there are other restaurants lah.

I believe only the lowest resi floor or two will enjoy the flag view.

Only halal and indian food on bangsar side if you walk across and some nice but pricey cafe.

Nadi bangsar- nice facilities area, I like the rooftop garden n d space, location not so near to lrt. But near to telawi street. Might not be that convenient to walk to lrt.

Est- excellent connectivity, not the loft design that I like, some of the comments that someone made here is true. Do not wish to elaborate on which one.

Thought you were the one that said 500m was too far to walk?

Most restaurants there seem to do the tourist trade these days. Can't even get a proper banana leaf rice anymore these days while chapfan doesn't take much to set you back RM10 per meal.

I recall many haters in this chat group when the project was launched in 2013. Now i ask some owners n they told me they find it easy to get it rented even during mco.
