QUOTE(alip_11 @ May 1 2018, 07:49 PM) spurs won last night. better not put high hope. Let's hope Liverpool bottle Prem and go all out in Champs. We enter top four at their expense, but they gain CL entry by winning RMA. Win win. #DREAM

QUOTE(skylinelover @ May 3 2018, 03:42 PM) Haha 3rd-6th fight pretty interesting😄😄👌👌 3rd to 5th la. Arsenal can pack bags dy. 6th to 10th practically nothing to play for. Easiest teams to beat. 11th onwards still can fall into relegation battle. This post has been edited by ThisWorldisWeird: May 3 2018, 04:49 PM

QUOTE(Akmall540 @ May 4 2018, 03:10 PM) Ahh. I see. I thought if liverpool finished in top four and won the ucl liverpool would qualify using champion ticket. So the rules is no matter where Liverpool finish the top four slot wil not be given to no 5. The only way for a non-top 4 side to enter UCL is by winning it or winning Europa.

QUOTE(zoidx_chung @ May 7 2018, 01:35 PM) more or less will hold back for UCL final Actually almost everyone will start holding back for fear of injury making them unavailable for World Cup...except Hazard. Damn that guy just isn't afraid of getting fouled when he gets past players

QUOTE(warham @ May 14 2018, 01:28 PM) This set of players only look good when winning. Cannot grind out ugly win when not in form. No spine in the team. Nobody taking responsibility for bad form. No character from team. This is currently whats happening in world of football. Lack character. We need ronaldo, ramos like players in the team who is just refuse to lose Like jt franky Players whom I think got this trait: Alonso David Luiz Azpilicueta Kante Willian Giroud Players who need a leader to push them: Christensen Rudiger Pedro Hazard Cahill Bakayoko Players who don't seem to give a fuck: Courtois Moses Drinkwater Barkley Morata

QUOTE(Kerplunk @ May 21 2018, 02:56 PM) Read somewhere his buyout clause expires on the 22nd. It's now or never for us,but I have a strange feeling chelsea will try and convince him to put in a resignation and force napoli's hand. It'll save us a few million quid, but de laurentis is a notoriously tough negotiator and I don't see it happening. He'll most likely 'threaten' sarri into honouring his contract for another year, and tell us to go fly a kite instead. Ahh exciting times. Let the drama begin Drama in our country's politics. Drama in Chelsea's off season. Drama coming up in World Cup. Work? What work?

I hope to see Jody Morris in our first team system, but not as head coach. Maybe assistant, like Steve Holland last time. Then after the first team coach get sacked for poor results (as it so usually happens), Morris can takeover as caretaker, then if he does well, permanent role.

QUOTE(yokoloco @ May 23 2018, 12:23 PM) tbh, if Conte plays properly like the 1st season, I dont mind he stay another year. but some games he just doesnt have the same passion or care anymore. and the late subs when subs is needed is really puzzling. even FA Cup final, everyone can see Fab is struggling but he doesnt sub him. and we made it with a penalty from Jones mistake. sometimes it is really frustrating I don't know if I saw correctly or not. But around 70 or 80 minutes I think I saw Conte shouting at Fab asking whether he is ok and can carry on, but Fab just walked past without acknowledging him.

QUOTE(lol~ @ May 23 2018, 12:47 PM) shows that its true that we having player power problem. and player power problem are much more worse than stubborn coach. end up next coach will probably gonna be chop as well. i wonder since which era this problem occur in chelsea. JT era? I think first victim of player power was Grant, then Scolari, then AVB.

QUOTE(yokoloco @ May 23 2018, 02:43 PM) we always have this player power issue. especially managers come and go, senior players know they have more power than a new incoming coach. they also know if they stick together, the manager would mostly get the boot than players. Yea we always had this issue, but I think the difference is, last time player power were by legends: Cech, Lamps, JT, Drogba, who were fighting for the club and used their player power to get rid of a manager they felt were not contributing to the club success. But now... (the usual suspects la) Courtois, Luiz, Fabregas, Willian... Hardly legends

QUOTE(Kerplunk @ May 24 2018, 01:02 AM) Wow. We somehow skirted around paying sarri's release clause and banked on de laurentis losing patience, leading him to appointing carlo in a hurry. My guess is they've parted ways on mutual consent? Well done marina. Talk about playing your cards right. Damn it feels good to screw napoli over, specifically de laurentis. Koulibaly for £60 mill?get outta here! We need Marina to help negotiate our country's government projects

QUOTE(Cloud0890 @ May 31 2018, 09:12 AM) Thibaut Coutois wants a move to either Liverpool or Real Madrid (Di Marzio) Probably bullshit but it's funny to imagine this goalkeeper transfer merry go around. Alisson, Oblak, Courtois, Navas will all be up for grabs if we (Real Madrid, Liverpool, Chelsea) make our moves. Knowing our board though, we'll get an injured Joe Hart for 40 million.
