Enhancement for lvling.
Ele waste too much mana when lvling, too much rest time.

Btw, i strongly suggest you to switch to another class while you still can and before its too late. (Trust me, my main is a shaman)

Reason? Just go to Wow forums and search for "Bus shock", "Eyonix", "Tseric".

If your idea of endgame is pure healing in raids and getting out of mana in 5 minutes and getting CCed to death in PvP, go ahead and play your shaman.

If you want to be OMGWTFBBQ pwn everyone in PvE or PvP, DO NOT ROLL HYBRID CLASSES.

Thats my whole point, you can only be Pvp viable if you spec Resto and thats if you have someone to watch your back.

Ele is not even close to burst dmg. In decent blue/purple gear, your CL/LB for 1.1k- 1.3k average. Crit for 2k-2.5k average.
Everyone in arena has 9K hp/100+ resilence average, your lightning bolt only tickles people.

Enhancement, dont even talk about it.

There is NO way LB gonna hit for 3.5k even after trinketed. Unless someone hit you with Stormstrike before that.
Original base dmg of LB is very low. Around 700++.
If you take in account of +spell dmg and coefficient for 2s cast time, you need at least +1.1k spell dmg to do that.
Which is impossible to reach that with shaman gear. Best shaman +dmg gear i have seen in a shaman is around +650. (Around +900 after trinket n totem)
