Me too. I still remember they pour the oyster sauce to the BBQ pork with wantan mee. The taste is awful and it is expensive as hell.

The only food I can accept is the fast food, BBQ duck and the milk tea.

who eats oyster sauce wantanmee? their dim sum is also so so .... most of their good chef have migrated to UK or the US or canada.

That one not really. There are some difference. Generally at least HK people do queue up, but unfortunately the vast majority of PRCs I observed have the habit of cutting queues whether when in taking public transport, food line, airport etc. I have also been personally pushed around by PRCs trying to make their way into a crowded shop. At least Hongkies do not behave in this manner. Some Hongkies can be loud (so are Malaysians) but generally the locals/ people in bus, train, on the street etc do not speak as loud as most PRCs do (based on personal observation and encounter).

There are both pleasant and unpleasant people there, just like in Malaysia. Hope in your next trip you'll be able to meet some nice people to reduce the stereotype.
