i have collected my 5 sim's last month but my order history still shows as Open i.e. uncollected;

does that mean that the 3 months expiry haven't begun yet?
*
for self-collection, it will start counting from the collection date,
as the staff registered the SIMs into the system immediately

not sure why your order is still open.

1. Did you received any SMS tell you to top up before termination ? On which day ? Day 30th ? 60th ?

2. Anyone line been terminated ? On which day ? Day 91st ?

there is dormant duration before a sim die..
which is same like other prepaid card.
when validity is over, the sim still able to receive call but not able to make out going call or SMS until reload.
i think Unifi also same, probably the card will not die that fast where you still can do call / sms..

since the is usage on the 20GB LTE data, probably the due date has being extended.

To compare fixed broadband with wireless broadband is not a fair comparison though. I have the same setup as you also 100Mbps UniFi (at hometown which registered under my name), Digi Infinite and UniFi Mobile (in my PJ house).
The only difference is my Digi Infinite is more than 100Mbps all the time and my UniFi Mobile is 50Mbps most of the time. After trying around I do agree the UniFi Mobile shouldn't be made as main connection.
*
Not comparing, just saying that wireless internet is not as good as they say. The area where i am, every provider is terrible for 4G.

I've tried many 4G providers though, digi, webe, unifi mobile, celcom all have the same issues in my area in which they time out badly despite the coverage. Im surprised at your digi infinite speeds as where i am i only get 1Mb/s.

I've been told there is no "passive period ( can call in cant call out ) " they said after 90 days , the line will terminated ....
