Like I mentioned, can always check the Order tracking on the top left of the App. You just have to key in your i.c and registered email and the captcha, and it will show you the  collected and activated date of every order you have made.

Doesn't really help, that's the orders I made and not activation date. I can't see it or maybe I'm really blind.
