Did you read his post, he already tested the sim on 2 diff phones. Only the sim with the bebas unlimited add-on is throttled , even inserted on diff phones.

The other sims with the free data, inserted on the same diff phones wasn't throttled.
*
How about changing band and other location .. all the time below 10mbps ?? If happen to go around 13-14 then it is not throttling

*
Deducted left rm5..
Show purchase add on compete in history..

Seems my area (Bangsar) only got band 5 network(Try with colleague phone)
It seems like unifi mobile useless for me alr.

Thanks Man

Hello ,
We as Malaysian are being very lenient  towards the services provider that has  been sucking our hard earned $$$

Why .. should the term “ depends on your area “comes to surface ...

If services provider would to do a good survey .. on the signal spectrum target .. then it should not  be having this problem ..
All in all ,  Bcos .. of  “ talak Apa attitude “ “ hem-tam  Saja laah
*
My area easily hit 40-50mbps..
In my area, it perform way better all telco except maxis..

Once you're on BEBAS weekly unlimited, everyone will be 10mbps only  laugh.gif .
Their high speed data packages are rather expensive to use.
And, it's nearing end of JULY. Still wonder if unifi mobile would extend their BEBAS unlimited.
*
RM20 weekly for 10mbps is still cheap...
as long as it steady 10mbps like landline broadband, it is good enough...
i tested digi unlimited RM8 package, Celcom Broadband and Yoodo... all give suck speed..
hardly hit 5mbps at my house..
Unifi steadily 10mbps all time when downloading. rclxms.gif

3G network depend of plan.
capped speed with Unifi mobile
half quota or no internet with unifi bebas
call sms no problem
*
I do understood the package.
Some how I can’t make up my mind which device to use with?
Not sure if using in phone is better than using with MiFi or mobile router.
🤣

If you need mobility, go for smartphone more worth.
If only use at home, buy 4G router

Sharing my experience here. I was using 2 old phone to tethering and hotspot. One spoiled around 6 months (Vivo) and another one spoiled within 1 year(Samsung). So i decided to get B618 last week. Let's see how long this 4G router last.
*
I was thinking to get B618 but this modem not able to use during mobility.

However, i do feel smartphone not that easy spoil under heavy usage.
Mostly like they hv much more frequent disconnection during heavy load as compare to 4G modem router

Unifi mobile lah  was testing it on my neighborhood

all telco is depend on coverage..
as long as good coverage, then the speed you will never disappointed.
my house area has a tower and my ping is low around 30ms and Bebas speed constant 10mbps..
it pretty awesome as compare to other telco like Celcom and Digi.

Not battery but the build in antenna? (not sure if it is call like this)
The Vivo early can always get 4G 4 bars. After some times, only can get H+ then totally no more signal.
The Samsung also same now, after around 1 year, it only can get 4G 3 bars and the speed drop many. I think it will end up like the Vivo, totally no signal if i continue using it.
I already tested the sim card with another phone which never use for tethering, no problem always 4G full bar so it is not related to telco maintenance.
Not really 24 hours but 90% of the time i am using as tethering because no Unifi here. Once you tried high speed, really hard to go back to the stupid slow Streamyx.
Ya the phones still working, only the signal become weaker days by days. Something related to the built in antenna i think.
Didn't know this before. Want to save money end up waste more money.  sweat.gif
*
I think i had same experience before.
I hv old MiFi which seldom use but being keep for 4 years
The connection not stable and dropping after a while using.
I think not because of smartphone issue.. I think is due to device aging. The component inside is small and not built to last for extensive use.
It different compare to those big router at home where the electrical component are far better and built to last.
