Some technical issue. I was first in line at the new registration counter. Registration and payment of RM565 all very fast. Then when the guy tried to setup the plan, there would be an error after he enters the SIM's ICCID. All he can do is send an email to his support. He can't even call them. Really stupid. Not the CS fault, I know but I was getting really pissed off.
