It could be your router WiFi channel issue.

Also UniFi Mobile is a love or hate thingy, some people love and some people hate it. You gotta try one to check the coverage. Based on my own experience, it works well in where I am now - PJ but not the case when I return back to Seremban and Port Dickson. So, luckily it's free of charge so it's fine to keep in my iPad if I don't have WiFi network.

No, you can't. For now, it's 3 no. per NRIC. You will need to terminate/port out at least 3 existing no. away from UniFi Mobile before porting in.

I think now still FOC and get free 10GB 4G Data.
Coverage quite ok overall, think better than umobile.
But bear in mind that some indoor like shopping mall coverage not good.
