Read your bill. it did mention GST on monthly fixed charges will be apportioned and refunded in the July bill. Also a few post above already mention that.

My mum just signed up for DiGi Postpaid 38.
38/mth, unlimited calls, 2GB/mth 1GB/day(1-7pm)
https://new.digi.com.my/promotion/PretoPost_38

Does internet rollover apply to this plan? If so, can rollover how much unused data?

I've looked below on Digi's website but can't find any info.

https://new.digi.com.my/tnc/postpaid
Digi Postpaid 58 is the closest but nothing for 38 in this TnC
*
No data rollover for this plan. the 1gb daily must use between the specified time otherwise consider gone. I have 1 line under this plan as well, good for the calls and little data usage.

Call Digi to report, then make a report with MCMC. Those few time I tried to get refund for charges which I do not use, it is successful.

Stupid DG, I port out to U Mobile and then call me offer RM60 Unlimited 10mbps with 5GB hotspots. I complaint about the poor coverage then ask me dont reply to the confirm sms first and give 48hrs for their technician to check.

Then offer me RM80 with 20GB hotspots instead of give me rebate for my current Infinite 150. They prefer me pay 60 instead of give me rebate and pay 100+.

Want me stay, but still provide the poor services until now.
*
Do not bow to their request. I strongly urge you to reply that port out SMS ASAP. Otherwise demand coverage to be perfect and price lowered without speed cap. Now it's your time to demand or port out, so your call.

I thought so too, but I read someone post about this on mobile phone section few weeks back.
diginet apn is auto setup when slot in digi simcard, but got another apn need to manually setup.
I've been looking for this, idk if it's for broadband apn or universal to other prepaid/postpaid.
*
Go to *128# and look for it. It is usually same under voicemail settings where you can request settings for your phone.

Hi guys. Im in need of some help. I've been using both digi postpaid and digi BB for 1 year plus without any connection problems. Just recently since 1st august to be exact, I've been having connection speed issue. The signal is good which it shows 4G, but the speed is really slow. I cant even open FB page smoothly.

This only happens at my house area. If i moves to other parts of the same town, the speed is as usual. I also noticed that this problem occur
after UNIFI services started to become available at my house area.

Any idea on why this is happening? Any relation with the starting of the UNIFI service? I'm in Kuala Lipis, Pahang btw.
*
Report to Digi. Maybe network problem at your housing area.

I plan to get a mifi for short term usage. 3 months only I guess . Which Huawei or any other brand mifi that is recommended? Is the unit with LCD screen panel is suggested ? Budget below 300.
*
I think LCD or not is not important, since it is short-term usage. get a 4G capable one, you can find at lazada for below RM300.

Will consider to switch from Postpaid 38 to this plan once it is officially out. Have to check the details and T&C first before making the switch.

hi guys - was asking at the Digi store today to convert my maxis number together with my unifi mobile prepaid to Digi Family 150 - I was told I need to convert my Maxis number to Digi 38 first then later on only convert to Digi 150 Family - the other number can be done as well - done online. I can do it myself...is that the procedure?
*
Probably it could be due to different telco want to merge into 1 family account. I think you port 1 line to Digi first, then later the rest of the unifi number just switch over and merge into the family plan.

QUOTE(axxer @ Sep 11 2018, 10:53 PM)
Looks like I'll be porting my celcom prepaid to digi prepaid soon. Previously celcom are the only option for me because living in hills area, no signal for other telco. Bought umobile, hotlink and digi prepaid then tested them all today. Umobile are literally unuseable, kept changing between edge and no signal every 5 minutes. Hotlink are abit better but 3g are unstable, kept changing to 2g all the time. Digi stable 3g albeit only 1bar signal, plus got wifi calling too on my iPhone.
*
umobile also got WiFi calling, no? That Wifi calling really a battery saver especially in buildings without good signal. Just turn on Airplane mode and save battery with wifi calling.

what the reason stay????...usually buy validity rm38 mean donation rm38.
if the main reason...never used internet but call mostly..
Yoodo have
RM5 for 50 mins
Rm7 for 100 mins
RM9 for 200 mins
RM12 for 2000mins

and Digi other than donasi rm38 yearly..still have to fork out if want to make calls
can buy above and save the 1 year validity..right?
mean that RM38 can use to buy mins

if want to hibernate....tehn hibernate to XOX for FREE 28 month validity
correct bor?

paying rm38/rm68/rm108 seem stupid since now there are many others better offer out there
whistling.gif
*
But impossible you can buy for example, RM9 for 200mins and use 1 year right? Correct me if I'm wrong.
Also, maybe some area Digi coverage is better, or some ppl just prefer Digi.

what is the rate of sms offered under RM38 plan. how is the data speed ?

10 Cents.

The calls for the postpaid 38 plan aren't really unlimited, it's capped at 1000m which is around 16h. Should be enough for most people but its not really unlimited per se smile.gif

Really? where do you check that?
