hi all... my mom's digi prepaid live in which she MNP over from Celcom under DiGi Live... the problem is, her credits are accumulating more and more as she is not a heavy user. now, there's no options that I can do a transfer nor buys 1 year validity... hmm...

were wondering what other options can I do any transfer ? ...

just mnp-ed to digi live prepaid. i do find the option of changing to prepaid best under the *128# option. any other benefit of prepaid best besides able to transfer credit?

I have 35GB data meant for Streaming in a month. Any suggestions how I may be able to use them up through my PC, instead of phone?

My prepaid account was deducted RM4 for a 20000 SMS subscription from www.gamestrike.my which I did not requested. Anyone got hit with this forced SMS subscription? and what to do with such predatory business practice?

Stupid DG, I port out to U Mobile and then call me offer RM60 Unlimited 10mbps with 5GB hotspots. I complaint about the poor coverage then ask me dont reply to the confirm sms first and give 48hrs for their technician to check.

Then offer me RM80 with 20GB hotspots instead of give me rebate for my current Infinite 150. They prefer me pay 60 instead of give me rebate and pay 100+.

Want me stay, but still provide the poor services until now.

diginet apn is auto setup when slot in digi simcard, but got another apn need to manually setup.
I've been looking for this, idk if it's for broadband apn or universal to other prepaid/postpaid.

Hi guys. Im in need of some help. I've been using both digi postpaid and digi BB for 1 year plus without any connection problems. Just recently since 1st august to be exact, I've been having connection speed issue. The signal is good which it shows 4G, but the speed is really slow. I cant even open FB page smoothly.

This only happens at my house area. If i moves to other parts of the same town, the speed is as usual. I also noticed that this problem occur
after UNIFI services started to become available at my house area.

Any idea on why this is happening? Any relation with the starting of the UNIFI service? I'm in Kuala Lipis, Pahang btw.

I plan to get a mifi for short term usage. 3 months only I guess . Which Huawei or any other brand mifi that is recommended? Is the unit with LCD screen panel is suggested ? Budget below 300.

hi guys - was asking at the Digi store today to convert my maxis number together with my unifi mobile prepaid to Digi Family 150 - I was told I need to convert my Maxis number to Digi 38 first then later on only convert to Digi 150 Family - the other number can be done as well - done online. I can do it myself...is that the procedure?

Looks like I'll be porting my celcom prepaid to digi prepaid soon. Previously celcom are the only option for me because living in hills area, no signal for other telco. Bought umobile, hotlink and digi prepaid then tested them all today. Umobile are literally unuseable, kept changing between edge and no signal every 5 minutes. Hotlink are abit better but 3g are unstable, kept changing to 2g all the time. Digi stable 3g albeit only 1bar signal, plus got wifi calling too on my iPhone.

what the reason stay????...usually buy validity rm38 mean donation rm38.

The calls for the postpaid 38 plan aren't really unlimited, it's capped at 1000m which is around 16h. Should be enough for most people but its not really unlimited per se
