All Best should be 75 days grace period. If want to reconfirm, ask in Digi Community forum.

If you're already in grace period, call 016-2211800 and press 1. You will hear your account details including the termination date (end of grace period).

I suppose another way of finding out the termination date is to do a Live Chat and ask...

True... it's annoying, but that's the reality of the situation.

I suspect Digi wants to discourage users from going into inactive mode in the first place. But they fail to see the big picture.

But many users will not feel secure without an official deadline date.

Of course the worst telco in this respect is Unifi Mobile who straight up won't even tell you the validity end date until it's almost too late.

Digi *200# and MyDigi app now under maintenance.

Tonight Digi 4G in my area is really bad. Can't even load LYN properly. Amazingly, right now TuneTalk is much better than Digi, which is a rare thing. That's why it's always good to have a 2nd line from a different service provider.

Right now Digi in my area is having intermittent problems. Very slow until I go to aeroplane mode and then switch back on.

It looks like one particular Band 7 tower is the problem. Band 3 and Band 8 seems ok.

3rd party apps like LTE Discovery, Network Monitor or Network Cell Info. But your phone firmware must allow for it.

I think your plan is entitled to Roam Like Home if you ask for it. It'll probably come with a discount (not 100%) off the monthly charge of RM35.
