It seems to me like digi has some extended validity for prepaid... But it stated rm1 for 1 day

Is it possible to make it 1 year?

Only older plans have RM 38 per year, I think these days is RM 108/year with basic Internet. Others can correct me.

I am so surprise with Digi being unresponsive to customers queries. I have sent several questions to their Twitter and Facebook, and none of it ever get any response. The last time they responded to my questions was in 2015

Their social media is pretty unresponsive for support. Best to either call which is the fastest or email which is also slow but they’ll revert back.
