U need make sure whether your plan is home use or business use?
Outbound FTP on maxis fibre, keep getting timed out

I read back your post and you mentioned MY FTP SERVER.
FTP website is work for all kind of internet connection. I have Maxis Fibre home and business, both no issue at all, even connecting to DELL FTP or HP FTP, as its work like web browser, and downloading from FTP also no issue.
