Hi Maxis,

I upgraded the plan to 30Mbps on 14-March, 2018.
The Download (DL) and Upload (UL) speed was slow.
I called Maxis Support Staff and they managed to fix it after 2 days.

Today (29-March, 2018) I noticed that since the beginning of the week the connection to the Internet getting slower and it gets disconnected frequently.
I ran several speed tests at www.speedtest.net and the DL and UL are extremely slow.

Please help to fix this problem asap. Otherwise please stop the 30Mbps upgrade because I am not going to use broadband service that is not consistently stable.

My fiber 10mbps also getting 4mbps DL only... Wats maxis gonna refund us?

Are you using wireless or wired? If it is wireless, and you are on the 2.4GHz, check that you are not on a congested channel, by using a WiFi analyzer with either in your Android phone, or computer.

hi,
i tried both eth and wifi, eth is only slightly better.
rebooted the modem/router, no difference.

it just wont go 10mbps...

Something wrong with the line then. Call Maxis and tell them to come and check your line.

 

Change to:

0.0154sec    0.65    6 queries    GZIP Disabled
