Hi Maxis, I upgraded the plan to 30Mbps on 14-March, 2018. The Download (DL) and Upload (UL) speed was slow. I called Maxis Support Staff and they managed to fix it after 2 days. Today (29-March, 2018) I noticed that since the beginning of the week the connection to the Internet getting slower and it gets disconnected frequently. I ran several speed tests at www.speedtest.net and the DL and UL are extremely slow. Please help to fix this problem asap. Otherwise please stop the 30Mbps upgrade because I am not going to use broadband service that is not consistently stable. You can reach me at marcus.ck.lee@gmail.com Thanks

If it is wireless, and you are on the 2.4GHz, check that you are not on a congested channel, by using a WiFi analyzer with either in your Android phone, or computer.
