Buying hp of huawei or oppo.

I've never used an Oppo before but I'd say this P20 Pro is a good buy. Whether or not EMUI works for you or not is another matter.

Of if you prefer Samsung's interface then wait for the Note 9.

The scene must first be still, then when got a moving subject appear, it will automatically record.

You can try demo with your hand, first you record nothing then move your hand over.

How to tell? Mine is a middle east unit (see screenshot) and on 130 update.

EMUI is Huawei's interface running on Android a.k.a the skin. Every phone manufacturer has a different interface so it depends on what you're used to and what you prefer. Samsung's interface is very different from Huawei, and some claim it offers a far more polished experience, but my take is that everyone has their own preferences.
