I'm using honor series, let's just say that they don't fulfill their promises on software updates.

I think for huawei flagship phones should be better, then again, majority of the android phone manufacturers don't really deliver on the area of software updates.

I would say, don't put too much hope on it.

seconded,, having P8 Max, still on my desk, sitting now.. software update stopped long time ago.. although it is one of the phone i kept longest duration.. i do think Huawei need to improve after sale service.. don't just fuck and run.. lol.. hence in this sense, Samsung probably better.. no other company will able to beat Apple though in terms of after sale support.. my old devices still getting updates.. mind you my macbook is very old already, still updating time by time.. also my ipad.. Android devices need to keep up

My iphone seemed need constant recharging when gaming.
Plus need a secondary phone if i send this to batt replacement.
Tho, theres tons of other options out there. Especially a tablet(for entertainment purposes)

I'm using ipx as my primay and s8+ as my secondary. One thing for sure is that ios fluidity and app all seems and feels like is built for iPhone while Android feels more clunky.

The main purpose for this phone is for the camera and design as well as the large battery life though. The processor is fine but do bear in mind that Huawei kirin processor usually is weaker when it comes to gaming.

Kan? Ios optimized apps Version android version of those apps.
Ios somewhat wins. Plus those fluidity.

On the other hand.
About kirin 970 performance.
Seen those whom bought honor view 10 so happy with their devices when they game.
So thats good enough for me

New processor may on Mate 20 series or P21 series. No hope on P20 series.

Not weaker, just alot of game and app didnt optimization for kirin yet.

Example : running Arena of valor on view10 is better than mate 10pro.

View 10 got game mode and etc, but mate 10 pro none. Both same kirin 970.

Oh didn't know about that. Was hoping to get one at midvalley today but seems like official launch is Friday.

I'm using both iPhone X and Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I can assure you that the Android in S9+ is siky smooth at par with the iOS in my iPhone X. Both are my primary phones since I'm using the Maxis multi sim services.
