I'm a serial mobile phone changer, ha ha ha... Actually, I'm primarily an iPhone guy but I like to try Androids every now and then, but I don't keep my Android devices for long. Usually change it within a month or so.

Iphone... I used for a few minutes and the phone flew out of the window...well, almost hahaha. Very stupid ui design. Tried both ip4 and 6s+, long term use 1 year plus. Nothing changed. Slow and plain.

in any unfortunate case, if your phone had got a soft brick, unable to boot, etc.

you can go into eRecovery mode to download the latest firmware and flash it. then can use again.

Mine got a big emui logo on the middle, then only have 3 options,

1 reboot system now
2 wipe data/factory reset
3 wipe cache partition

When off, hold vol uo and power button, see the huawei logo release the power button but keep press vol up till see recovery menu

There was an update last night for FB, maybe the issue is fixed now. Strangely enough the FB on my P20 Pro was working fine yesterday even before the update. No crashes... yet...

All the sifu. I am a new owner of P20 Pro. Very happy with the phone since i bought it but there was a problem. My camera video doesn't work. Reset my phone then it worked....for about a day then the problem came back on again. Huawei SC advised me to clear data of the camera if the problem arises but it doesn't solve the problem. I have sent them two utube video to showcase my problem. Still waiting for reply for my second video.
Can anyone offer any advice?

I have Camera FV and Open Camera in my phone. Camera FV is the free version so video is not available. I could take video without any problem when i use open cameraq app
