I see, I just double confirm with the staff on this 48months extension period.
He told me it's from the booking date. (used to be from SPA date, then they said the dato told them it's from booking date..)
My agent said it is Q4 2022, but the staff I met said otherwise, he said Q3 2023..

So inconsistent.. now I lose confidence in their management..

What is your SPA date? Mine is 14 Aug 2020.
48 months from my SPA date would be 2024..
So they will only kena penalty if they deliver to me later than that

And I just noticed my booking date is May (the month I signed SPA) but I actually made the RM3k payment to book in March..

The PV where I currently stay, my neighbour is foreign student..

Hello all, in the owner whatapps group, we have different replies on the VP day from the developer while checking on the rebate cheque.

Some replies were saying VP next month (Dec 2022), some were VP after CNY.

Does anyone have a solid source of information on the VP day? Thanks!

Kenwingston is sending out Notice of Delivery of VP starting today, more and more owners gotten their letter already, pending bank loan disbursement now.
