Hey guys, recently notice my huawei mate 10 pro got pop out some kind of advert suspected is malware.
Pop out randomly when i call or wechat .. etc etc
What should i do beside reformat the whole phone?
I already done virus scan.
But the problem still there.

Please help..

which app u mean? many o..

start with the game first n those free but unnecessary apps .... n chinese apps too ...

normally apps like youtube, whatsapp or google own apps should be ok one ...

Can you print screen the pop up ads?

ok.. i waiting the advert to pop out

force close / disable the most suspected apps, then to see whether advert still on going,
you may not try 1 by 1, may be 3 by 3, to save your time.
once found the defected apps, uninstall it.

when advert pop out, check your current 'running' apps, then you can limit down the qty of apps to check.
let say you currently have 5 apps open, advert pop out, then these 5 apps could be defected, check 1 by 1 , it may not only 1 defected, may be more than 1.

probably some ads you accidentally pressed which spreads Malware.
