First, you have to know that MB/s and Mbps are different. We only have 100Mbps max for UniFi, which is equivalent to 12.5MB/s. If you are getting around that speed for your download, then it means that it is OKAY. Second, check your speed at here, http://fast.com OR http://www.speedtest.net. The result should not be lower than 90Mbps. (TEST IT WITH INTERNET CABLE CONNECTED FROM YOUR ROUTER TO YOUR LAPTOP)
Third, check your specs of your laptop from Google and see whether does it support 5Ghz WiFi. If it does, then use 5Ghz whenever possible. Use 2.4Ghz network only when the signal of 5Ghz WiFi is weak.
