Then you should try use cable speed test..

WIFI (2.4Ghz) is hard to getting full speed because wifi limitation and interference..

If you use dual band router then use WIFI (5.0Ghz) to speed test try...wil be more better than WIFI (2.4G)..should be getting full speed..

Your 2.4GHz is congested and full of interference. Change to 5GHz AC, and your speed will be back to normal.

Bro, first of all, what router are you using? Second, torrent speed doesn’t mean real speed that you are getting as it depends on the number of seeders. Check your speed first here: http://www.speedtest.net

See here for a brief explanation in 2.4 vs 5GHz: https://support.stuff-fibre.co.nz/hc/en-us/...-GHz-and-5-GHz-

since you are using wifi, i assume your are using laptop for speed test. some laptop wifi chipset does not support 100Mbps like my asus laptop.

You should be able to get full speed. Maybe a little more or a little less depending on things.

My screenshot of my unifi 100 mbps using WiFi on my HP

The slower speed is based on 2.4 ghz and the faster speed is based on 5 ghz

If you can't get at least 90% of the speed based on lan cable, you should complain to TM

If it's your router issue, you should also complain to TM and ask for replacement

First, you have to know that MB/s and Mbps are different. We only have 100Mbps max for UniFi, which is equivalent to 12.5MB/s. If you are getting around that speed for your download, then it means that it is OKAY.

Second, check your speed at here, http://fast.com OR http://www.speedtest.net. The result should not be lower than 90Mbps. (TEST IT WITH INTERNET CABLE CONNECTED FROM YOUR ROUTER TO YOUR LAPTOP)

Third, check your specs of your laptop from Google and see whether does it support 5Ghz WiFi. If it does, then use 5Ghz whenever possible. Use 2.4Ghz network only when the signal of 5Ghz WiFi is weak.
