yeap true... its one of the characteristic... when jalan cheras used to still have a toll... the jam is bearable as everyone try to skip the toll through midah... after the toll demolished... all hell begun... and never turn back anymore.... laugh.gif laugh.gif

650m to a mrt stn(lrt will be shorter distance) with this price is a little high for investment.

I passed by there otw to Sunway Velocity from EkoCheras. Saw that the board is already erected with the picture of this project next to that Courts branch. I wonder if they have moved out or not. hmm.gif

This should be based on a willing buyer-willing seller basis as it involves the Courts building owner and the adjacent buildings. Nothing to do with the gov't.
