Just went and checked the official website.

The developer is Symphony Life and the actual site looks like it'll be where Courts Mammoth is sitting on now, based on the highlighted section in their location picture. Right across the road from M Vertica.

without this two... that road already quite jam even sometimes during weekend... haha... with vertica alone your peak period can expect horrible long traffic.... tambah ini... god bless jalan cheras...

Yeah, I noticed how bad the jam can be on that road at times. The only good thing about this project is that you can use the inner roads to escape unto Jln Cochrane or Jalan Perkasa if the jam on that road is quite bad. M Vertica folks will have to jam on that road all the way to the city coz there are no alternate routes heading to the city and back.

And the other good thing is that you're not near the htc, which M Vertica, unfortunately, is.

haha... yea... but during peak timing... the inner roads along jalan pudu ulu could be also quite congested... but jalan cochrane still okay... most probably jam at kampung pandan roundabout only... haha... vertica folks can turn right and go into jalan cochrane and jalan maluri as well... but then its super jam before u able to make the turn.... haha....

I somehow did heard that shit pond next to desa water park will be redeveloped and got tunnel connection with bandar malaysia..donno heard from where..maybe from LYN also
