For all existing win7 and win8 users you all can head over to https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10 and dl the creation tool to upgrade to windows 10 for free, your edition will be determined by your current edition as well as 32/64 bit. Just sharing cuz most of you think the free upgrade was over long ago but its not.

Just upgraded from Win 7 Home to Win 10 Home yesterday. So the free upgrade is still available now. My win 7 is a retail version, so just use back the same product key from Win 7.

Thanks

Yes, according to another member who posted in this topic earlier. Microsoft is trying hard to push people to migrate to Windows 10. A popular tech site claimed that they been using Win 10 without license keys for their testbench machines and Windows would still function normally.

It's still available now cause I was upgrading mine on 20 March, using the Window 10 Installation tool downloaded from Microsoft website. For those using Win 7, recommended to upgrade now cause the support for Win 7 gonna end in January 2020.

IT's very very cool that people can still upgrade to something like that really in their machines. I am really fond of all that matters. I do have Windows 8.1 still on some machine and I plan to get that to something like Windows 10 1903 this month.

Don't forget to upgrade your hard disk drive to SSD, Windows 10 is unusable without SSD.

Confirmed still can upgrade to Windows 10.
Last Friday, I just upgraded from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro 1903 and everything is working fine,
Just that during upgrade process it stuck at checking Windows Update @ 46%. Need to check Google to find solution to fix it and proceed upgrade process.
