Hi, as we are no longer active in Lowyat forums, I didn't even notice this thread until I googled the company name and found this.

First of all, our apologies on the delays, no excuses of any sort. The reason this RMA was dragged a very long time was because the ex-distributor of HiVi speakers weren't interested to be responsible for the RMA since they had given up carrying the brand, and therefore we requested customer to bring the pressure to the distributor directly. Based on your information, no news from distributor further proving that they wont entertain your RMA.

But still, we are willing to help you dealing with manufacturer directly and eventually refund it to you but the only thing it took was more time while waiting for manufacturer's response and dealing with the ex-distributor of HiVi. In the end, you're refunded but yet you never updated that this case was settled and closed. For those who are reading, before posting a public dispute, at the very least please clarify or inform seller that finally whether this case is resolved otherwise it's a headache for us to finally dig this out and to post a public response to clear our reputation/credits, thanks and we hope there's no offense taken.
