It's alright, i made a report through their site yesterday, just wanted to follow up since i can't get the technician assigned to the case. I've been having intermittent connection issue since Thursday and i suspect the heavy thunderstorm on Thursday damaged something (may be outside the house)

Just curious, would you know how long do they usually take after a report is made? Made a report yesterday at 3pm, till now still no response. Called in the morning and they said they can only message the technician through the system. I said i can see the hp number of the technician assigned but he is not picking. Then they said, have to wait for the technician to sms. dry.gif
