I kinda agree here. The basic package needs control to prevent abuse.

But at least :
- Increase quota to 80GB
- Limit speed to 2mbps once finished quota

It is related to town planning and development planning as well which is beyond out of TM's control area and takes half a decade minimum to plan and execute.

They can't pull a fibre line just to cater few houses that needs high speed. It has to be at a some sort of profitability ratio.

Then for old apartments that was not built to support fibrre, TM won't have the capacity to fix that up, it needs to be the property management to start that off, given that there is sufficient demands.

Aligned isn't it. It can't be initiated by TM to force the building to adapt, that's out of their scope of power. When the building management initiates it knowing there will be demand, business (Time/TM) will be able to evaluate then execute the next step.

Someone needs to absorb the cost of the installation. Either the building management, TM or Time. Surely Time Will take this opportunity since it is their scope of business and they can't operate on landhouse area.

The 5ghz is N or AC? How far are you from the router? What's the max speed by Ethernet? Apartment or landed? Router model? Devices or phone model?
